The Banksberry kids got to go to work with Rusty for a day. (Minus Claire who was on a field trip) Tap put on quite a show this year. The kids had a treasure hunt, delicious meals, and fun classes. They attended classes on marketing, influencer development and sales. One of the sales teams came in and made cold calls in front of the kids. They loved it. 
Rusty taught an engineering class where each kid got to solder their own circuit board. Super fun. 
But the best part of the day was definitely the all office nerf gun war. Tap has a long standing tradition where everyone in the office always keeps a nerf gun on their desk. Then at random times the office will blow off some steam with a nerf gun fight. The kids thought it was hilarious to stomp around the office shooting their nerf guns.
